All APTUS systems feature patented TriLock® locking technology — multidirectional ±15° angular stable fixation — combined with low-profile anatomical plate designs for reduced soft tissue irritation.

Upper Extremity
65 titanium plates for fractures, osteotomies & arthrodesis of the hand. Includes hook plates, scaphoid plates, and MC head/neck plates. Self-drilling 1.5mm TriLock screws.
Upper Extremity
Distal Radius & Distal Ulna plates for intra- and extra-articular fractures, correction osteotomies, and arthrodesis. Includes Ulna Shortening System and Adaptive II volar plates.
Upper Extremity
Radial Head System 2.0, Coronoid Plates 2.0, and Distal Humerus System 2.8 for complex elbow fractures. Anatomically preshaped locking plates for multifragment fixation.

Hand Trauma

Finger External Fixation
The only mini external fixator for the finger that allows both distraction and compression in dynamic or static mode. Low-profile stainless steel K-wire frame attaches to both sides of the finger, designed specifically for complex small bone and joint injuries. Available as a sterile single-use kit.
